Comeba Foodservice BV is a specialist in the production of spongscake in every shape and thickness. They roll fresh from the production line in large quantities every day in our company building in Coevorden.
Bert Jonker, Arno van den Berg and Erik van der Velde are the three musketeers behind Comeba Foodservice, the pioneer in spongecake products with a wide reach throughout Europe.
'We started 25 years ago by literally going from door to door with spongecake products and by chance we were allowed to temporarily supply one of the largest wholesalers in the Netherlands with our spongecake sheets during their renovation. This was our springboard to success. Other large parties also joined and never left.
Due to the growth of our company, we moved into our business premises in Coevorden in 2006 with a floor area of 3000 m2, fully equipped according to the rules and standards of the HACCP/BRCGS system.
In 2008 we developed our own production line to guarantee quality and dimensions and a second automated line is now running.
We are proud of what we have now, but we are even more proud of our people, with whom we work hard 24/7.
Our wish for the future is to use our extensive logistical reach to make even more wholesalers in Europe, and in particular France, England and Belgium, enthusiastic about our unique spongecake products.
